Mixed financial messages

The FTSE 100 took a bit of a tumble which has been mainly attributed to the Coronavirus which caused many stock markets to lose traction. The index is seen as a barometer of general sentiment, be that from an economic point of view but also from a more general perspective.

There was another lift in the consumer confidence index putting the figure at -9.

Whilst -9 is nothing to cheer about it is the best figure for quite some time.
