Alison Willett CIPP

A CIPP qualified individual, Alison's journey in finance began at Suffolk College over 30 years ago, her studies included accounts and bookkeeping. From there she joined Axa and worked for two years on Internal Accounts and the Pensioner Payroll.

She then moved to work for John Grose Ford as an Assistant Accountant, which is where she really caught the bug for a career in payroll. During this time, she oversaw the weekly and monthly payrolls as well as sales & purchase ledger and bank reconciliations.

After an enjoyable six and a half year stint, Alison moved to Ensors, where she would meet Louise, Daniel and John. During her time in the company, as Payroll Services Manager, Alison undertook a range of duties, running and growing the Payroll Team to six staff and building a 200+ client Payroll Portfolio. Her duties also included administering pension schemes, BACS payments and advising non payroll clients on in-house payroll queries.

Aside from her technical payroll expertise, an area of her work she holds dear is client relations and care.  Alison believes in building a strong rapport with her clients to ensure a friendly, confidential and accurate approach and has always been seen as an extremely reliable individual by her clients throughout the years.
